Bitcoin (BTC) remains close to US$63,000, consolidating the week’s recovery
Bitcoin traded either side of $63,000 during European morning Friday having retreated from its recovery to $64,400 on Thursday. BTC looks set to end the week on an upward trend, having recovered from its collapse south of $57,000 last week. At the time of writing, the price of bitcoin is just below $63,000, up 3.1% in the last 24 hours. The CoinDesk 20 Index (CD20), which measures the broader digital asset market, rose 3.6%. Solana led the gains among CD20 constituents, rising over 9% to $154, while DOGE rose just over 4.5% to $0.15, a testament to coin season meme in crypto markets.
