For years, blockchain-based cryptocurrency companies have attempted to create a version of the U.S. stock market that could be used by digital asset investors around the world. They often did so without first obtaining regulatory approval. The most recent initiative, however, is to convert shares into cryptocurrency tokens without running afoul of securities regulations and has received support from one of Wall Street’s most renowned trading firms. In addition to other investors, Susquehanna International Group has invested in Los Altos, California-based Dinari, founded by former Coinbase Global Inc. CEO Balaji Srinivasan.
